Dr.Shim is amazing! The office is so clean, the staff is amazing, and overall you can tell the people who are there are happy to be there. Dr. Shim is so sweet, so knowledgeable, and I had zero pain during my root canal/crown replacement. I’m no longer nervous about going to the dentist, I know I’m in great hands here. 5 stars over and over.

If you want 5 star treatment, then I recommend this place. I have very sensitive teeth and I HATE going to the dentist because of it. However, they're very gentle and caring. Not to mention, they have warm water rather than rinsing your mouth with cold water and hurting those sensitive teeth. Also, if you go on Mondays you might be greeted by Miso... the cutest pup ever

I had an exceptional experience at Premier Dentistry! Dr. Shim and office manager Erica Seifert lead an incredible team that truly sets the standard for dental care. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming and organized, and the entire office is spotless, modern, and very comfortable. They were very polite when I arrived I only sat down for about 5 minutes before I was called in. Everyone was very personable, apologized for any waiting time which there was none. The dentist Dr Pat was in there very quickly, examine my tooth in person and explained to me what I needed. Showed me on the screen and got me in in two days to have my old crown that had fallen off, remade for my tooth. She also checked my bite which was off a little for me putting my old crown back on and I walked out feeling fine. I was very happy with everyone there and how I was treated.

I found Premier Dentistry in December 2023 after I started looking online for a dentist that would do quality work. I specifically looked for someone experienced with crowns. I found Premier Dentistry and I was able to schedule an appointment on their website which was very convenient. I had my crown replacement there, being the front tooth that needed the crown, a natural looking crown was something that I was looking for and that I now have(: I also got Invisalign treatment with them, and my teeth are more aligned after the treatment and I smile with more confidence😃 I’ve had two fillings and a couple of dental cleanings at PD already. I experience anxiety and the dentist chair is not my favorite place to be, but Dr. Shim and the Dental Assistants there have been very good at understanding that nervousness and they have done excepcional jobs. I’ve been treated by Maddy, Courtney, Renata, Chloe, and Aimee along side Dr.Shim and by Jody who is our dental hygienist.🙂 My son saw Jenny once for his dental cleaning and she also did a great job with his dental cleaning, explaining to him what areas he needed to focus on when brushing to have a better dental health. The girls at the front desk: Erica, Ashleigh, Christine, Sophie and Makaila greet us with smiles and are friendly, they are also great at helping us find appointments on our available days🙂 We have been greeted by Mr. Fritz🐶 and by Miso 🐕 They also like to go check on you while you are on the dentist chair☺️ I also brought my husband in to get treated by Dr. Shim and staff. We noticed that Dr. Shim likes to preserve natural teeth whenever it is possible and that he won’t recommend any unnecessary treatment just for his benefit $. Dr. Shim is very easy to talk to and actually smiles when he talks to you✨ He does quality work, he takes the time to hear your concerns and he treats his patients and staff with kindness and respect. I was greeted with a warm welcome. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist so I was pretty nervous. They did a very thorough inspection of not just my teeth, but also my gums, as well as checking for anything signs of mouth disease or cancers. The cleaning followed which was a great experience also. She took her time and was very careful with me. I met with the dentist after all of that and reviewed everything that was of concern to them. I’ve never had such a thorough dental exam as this. I would highly recommend Premier Dentistry!

Premier Dentistry absolutely deserves a five-star rating! When you walk in the door you feel like you're in a spa for your teeth. This was my first experience with Premier Dentistry and I was very impressed!! I was very comfortable from walking into the door till the time I left. Their X-rays were very clear and they were very thorough explaining exactly what was going on with my teeth, things that I had no idea was going on. I'm looking forward to going back for my teeth cleaning! I'm so thankful my son and his wife recommended this dentist!

I had as good of an experience going to the dentist as one could have . Dr shim and his staff have the perfect personality for dealing with people like me that are terrified of a visit to the dentist. No matter the situation or how much I whined they always made me feel comfortable, from the front end staff to the assistant . During my visit Dr Shim went above and beyond what I was scheduled for to take care of another issue , even though it created more work and stress for him. You’re not just a dollar sign, they definitely make you feel like they care. . We pay out of pocket to have Dr shim work on our teeth rather than go somewhere else that takes our insurance. Definitely the best dental practice around, Great job😎

I am so happy I found Premier Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The office itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me was how easy it was to make appointments and that they are fully staffed with hygienists, which made everything run smoothly and efficiently. I also appreciated that they were honest and never tried to sell me on treatments or procedures I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a dental office that feels this trustworthy and well organized. I will absolutely be recommending Premier Dentistry to everyone I know!

Truly accommodating and welcoming to a degree it's surprising. The whole team went above and beyond to finally complete my smile journey after a decade of different dentists. They squeezed me in on lunch breaks, called me back after close, and even stayed after hours to ensure their work and my satisfaction surpassed the norm. Dr. Shim, Courtney, Dr. Pak, Erika...Miso! I wish I could call everyone out by name, I am so grateful, thank you. It says a lot when staff pop by, even when they're not working. If only all of us loved our workplace that much. You can tell they enjoy each other and it's contagious. Better than fair pricing, optimal quality, quick response time, and clearly committed to spreading genuine smiles :) Thank you.
